  • Gentle Yoga: Beginner

    Gentle Yoga is perfect for new yoga practitioners, people recovering from injury, and seniors. Show yourself kindness and compassion in this 60 minute class.

  • Restorative Flow: Beginner

    Flow into stillness in this 60 minute combination class, of a beginner friendly flow class and Restorative Yoga. Classes will generally start with gentle flow. You will move into RestorativeYoga, which is focused on centering of the breath and body, aligning the physical & mental through gentle seated & lying poses with props.

    Complete muscular relaxation & comfort are emphasized to achieve a quiet state of mind & body.

  • Yin-Deep Stretch: All Levels

    Yin is deep stretching. It is perfect for runners and active people, as well as people who find themselves feeling stiff from sitting.

    Yin is a practice of slow and deep muscle releasing poses. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes. This allows the body to relax, release, and lengthen. Yin targets the connective tissue of the body. It allows you time to sit, be still, & to notice what your body and mind are saying.

  • Morning Flow: All Levels

    Awaken your body and spirit with this joyful class. Morning Flow is a beginner and intermediate level class that incorporates yoga postures with breathing techniques. You will enjoy a smooth energizing flow promoting a heightened sense of awareness and well-being to begin your day.

    Morning Flow focuses on balance, flexibility and breath work. This class offers modifications and includes use of props to help achieve alignment of your breath and body.

  • Pop Pilates: All Levels

    Pop Pilates takes classical pilates to the next level by challenging students to rhythmically flow from one movement/pose to the next, developing a rock-solid core and leaving no muscle untouched. It is a mat-based fusion of ab-chiseling and total body defining moves.

  • Warm Flow: All Levels

    Warm flow is a 60 minutes of dynamic movement coordinated with the breath. The practice space is heated to 82-84 degrees. Classes will generally include sun salutations, standing poses, preparation for arm balances, and stretching. Knowledge and experience with sun salutations is recommended for this class.

    Modifications and props are incorporated to support you in this class.

  • Sculpt: All Levels

    Sculpt is the perfect combination of Vinyasa yoga, HIIT, and stretching. This class is 45 minutes. It is designed to improve cardiovascular function, metabolism and increase strength, while improving flexibility and balance.

    Sculpt will include plyometrics, weight training, and isometric exercises to improve overall health and wellness. This class is for all levels; modifications to poses and movements are available. Jumpstart your health journey with Sculpt.

  • Flow Express: All Levels

    Flow express is a dynamic class that incorporates movement with the breath. Enjoy 30 minutes of flow, standing poses, prep for arm balances, inversions, and deep stretching. Knowledge and experience with sun salutations is recommended for this class.

  • Power Hour: Intermediate

    60 minute Baptiste-inspired Power Yoga class. The class is heated to 88-95 degrees. You will challenge your body in this fast paced flow style class, while creating freedom, and peace of mind.

    Embrace heat, sun salutations, standing postures, arm balances, and inversions.

  • Vinyasa: Intermediate

    Vinyasa asana practice is a 60 minute flow that incorporates movement with breath. Classes will generally include sun salutations, standing poses, arm balances, options for inversions, and stretching. Knowledge and experience with sun salutations is recommended for this class.
